Exchange Policy

At Pndmk, we want you to go through the best experience. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• Exchanges are accepted within [2] days after receiving the product(s).

Exchange Process:

1. Contact us on our instagram @pndmk.eg to initiate the exchange process. Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement item in your message.
2. Once your exchange request is approved, we will let you know.
3. Securely package the item(s) you wish to exchange .
4. Expect the courier to contact you within [2-3] business days after exchange request approval and confirmation.
5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
• Items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items:
